Hi ! I’m Lexie
Lexie Vincent is an accomplished pastry chef with 10 years industry experience creating edible works of art for both retail and wholesale platforms. She has created cakes and desserts that ranked her as one of the top cake designers in Chicago by The Chicago Tribune. Her cakes affiliated with other bakeries have been featured in designer challenges, Chicago Style Weddings Magazine, Modern Luxury Weddings Chicago Magazine, Lifetime’s Married at First Sight, Vitamin Water Ads, The Steve Harvey show and collaborations with Kendra Scott Jewelry and Tie Bar.
Before venturing to Chicago where Lexie’s career flourished creating pastries and elaborate cakes, Lexie graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado with an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry. After completing an externship at a prestigious bakery she continued her education at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. Lexie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism and many fond memories she created with her Delta Gamma sorority sisters.
Lexie’s passion for desserts combined with 6 years of team and kitchen management experience result in a strong, vibrant, hardworking pastry chef ready to bring her skills to your celebrations in the Metro Detroit Area.
